- Each recruit must have 75 Recruit Officer Performance Evaluations (another word for Daily Observation Form). They are reviewed weekly and then monthly.
- Recruit may be extended for a month.
- 69 Tasks that must be completed.
- 5 Phases
- Based on the San Jose Model
